Multipliers are the defaults at 0% mastery and grow up to 1.5 times at 100% mastery. The health drain is the base upkeep per tick; the real cost scales with your Power Release, your offense and your health pool, and mastery discounts it (see [[Special:MyLanguage/Transformations#Energy consumption while transformed|energy consumption]]).
