Grand Elder Guru lives in the Grand Elder's House in the Sacred Land of Namek. He teaches no skills: his one service raises your Potential Unlock beyond the level the masters can teach.

Location
The Grand Elder lives in the Grand Elder's House, which generates once per world in the Sacred Land of Namek. The Capsule Corp Namekian sells a map to it (see Grand Elder's House). You reach Namek by Space Pod.

Unlock Potential
Potential Unlock
* Masters sell Potential Unlock levels 1 to 10. The Grand Elder raises it from level 10 to 11 if your alignment is 50 or higher. After that, levels 12 and 13 can be bought.
* Below alignment 50 he greets you coldly and the option stays locked.
* The option is also locked until you reach level 10, and once you're past it.

In the story
