Master Roshi is a master who lives at Kame House on the coast of Earth, together with Krillin. He teaches the basics, from Jump and Meditation to the Kamehameha, and gives out weighted Turtle Shells. He only trains Good-aligned players.

Location
Roshi lives at Kame House, which generates once per world on an ocean coast. Capsule Corp Assistants sell a map to it at trade tier 1 (see Kame House).

Alignment
Roshi needs an alignment of 61 or higher (Good). Below that he still talks to you, but his Skills, Train and new quests stay locked. His Weighted Gear service stays open.

Skills and techniques
* Skills: Jump, Meditation, Ki Control
* Ki attack: Kamehameha
* Evasion technique: Afterimage

Everything is paid for with Training Points, and your race has to allow each skill. His Train option spawns a Shadow Clone to spar with.

Services
Weighted Gear: type the weight you want and Roshi gives you a Turtle Shell of that weight (up to 100,000 kg by default). You can ask once per conversation; talk to him again for more. See Weights.

In the story
* Classic Saga quest 6, The Turtle Hermit: find Kame House and talk to Master Roshi.
* Classic Saga quest 7, Milk Delivery Training: give Master Roshi 3 Milk Buckets.
* Classic Saga quest 30, Heavy Shell Training: give Master Roshi 1 Scute.
