Ki Transfer has a cost: givers move at 40% speed, can't fight or regenerate Ki, and lose 5% STR, SKP, DEF and PWR for every 3 seconds of giving (up to 25%, the new Ki Exhaustion effect); receivers keep their bonus for a while after the link ends (the new Shared Ki effect).
