Lists their quests in the order they unlock in the story: available, in progress, ready to turn in and locked ones. Completed quests (greyed out, with a check mark) and repeatable quests on cooldown move to the bottom. Pick a quest to see its description, objectives and rewards, then Accept or Reject it, or Turn in a finished one; the window stays open. Once every quest of that NPC is done, the Quests option shows a check mark.
