DragonMineZ adds its own items on top of vanilla Minecraft: healing beans, Dragon Ball radars, scouters, vehicles, stat capsules, relics and crafting materials. This page groups them by family; each row links the page that covers the item or the whole family in detail.
Armor, special weapons, enchantments and training gear have their own pages, listed at the end.

Curios slots
Several DMZ items are worn in Curios slots instead of armor slots:
- Head Tech slot: scouters, the Anti-Ki Cloaking Device, the Potara earrings and the Demon Eye.
- Weights slot: the weights.
Scouters, Potara earrings and weights also work in the cosmetic Curios slots.
