Gete tech is the rare alien metal tied to the Big Gete Star and the Metal Cooler machinery. Its materials go into the Gete tools, the Ki Battery and the Gete Capsules, and Bulma builds several upgrades from them.

Gete tools

The Gete Pickaxe, Gete Axe, Gete Shovel and Gete Hoe are made at Dr. Kikono's Station from the Gete Pattern, Gete Ingots and Kikono Sticks, using the matching netherite tool as the template. Each costs 1,000 Star Energy (see Armor).

They are more durable than netherite tools (3,250 uses), mine faster and are repaired with Gete Ingots.

Bulma's Gete sidequests

  • Metal from the Big Star: bring her 3 Gete Scrap for 2 Gete Ingots.
  • Gete Forge: rewards the Gete Pattern.
  • Gete Enhancements: rewards an enchanted book with the Gete-tech enchantments Ki Conductivity and Gravity Forged (see Enchantments).
  • Capsule Tech: rewards a Red and an Orange Gete Capsule.

Other uses

  • Ki Battery: one Gete Ingot each.
  • Gete Capsules: any capsule + a Gete Ingot (see Capsules).
