Select Self-Destruct in the X menu, hold G for 5 seconds and release it to explode: everything within 36 blocks takes up to 500% of your max health as damage (less the farther it is), and the terrain is torn apart. You survive at 1% health, knocked down for 30 seconds and unable to heal. Cooldown: 600 seconds.
