Translations:Solar Flare/8/en

Solar Flare (Taiyoken) is an evasion technique that releases a blinding flash of light. Everyone nearby who is looking your way is blinded for several seconds, and blinded mobs lose track of their target, which gives you room to escape, heal or set up an attack.
