- Counter Stance. Don't hit him while he holds it: he teleports behind the attacker and counters for huge damage. If nobody hits him, he slashes around him and is exposed.
- Flash Cuts. Teleport slashes along red lanes (three in a row when Powered Up).
- Chase. Keep your distance too long and he teleports behind you.
- Catching his breath. After a flurry of fast hits he stops to catch his breath.
- Duel (Powered Up, with 2 or more players). He challenges one player for 8 seconds and meanwhile takes 50% more damage from everyone else.
