Each contender seat draws a random fighter from the Buu Saga cast, and a tournament never has two forms of the same character, so it has at most one Vegetto: base or Super Saiyan. The draw is revealed once everybody accepts the rules, and you only face him if he reaches your bout: fights between two NPCs are decided automatically.
