World Tournament Announcer
The World Tournament Announcer hosts the World Martial Arts Tournament on its island in the ocean. Talk to him to enter the tournament.
Finding him
The announcer stands by the tournament ring, next to Mr. Satan. The island generates once per world in the ocean: find it with /dmzlocate budokai_tenkaichi or with the map sold by the Capsule Corp Assistant.
In the tournament
The announcer is the host of the World Martial Arts Tournament, a non-lethal four-star bracket that ends with Gohan (End), Majin Vegeta and the champion, Mr. Satan. Press Tournament in his dialogue to open the tournament screen, then Enter while you are within 12 blocks of him. See World Martial Arts Tournament for the fighters and rewards, and Tournaments for how entering and bouts work.
Behavior and abilities
Right-click the announcer to open his dialogue. He greets you with one of several welcome lines and offers Tournament, which opens the tournament screen.
He teaches no skills and gives no quests. He talks to every player, whatever their alignment. Like the masters, he stays in place, can't be pushed and can't be hurt. He is never drawn as a fighter in any tournament.
