Sets or adds form mastery. Like most commands, the targets are optional, default to yourself and come last. The group tab-completes your race's form groups (every loaded race's groups when run from the console) plus every stack-form group. current uses each target's active form or stack form and skips, with a message, anyone who isn't transformed. ALL covers every form of the target's race, every stack form, or both. See Mastery.
