Translations:Changelog/131/en

Added Ki Transfer: hold Ctrl + Alt + Right Mouse on another player to give them 2.5% of your max Ki per second. Every giver raises the receiver's STR, SKP, DEF and PWR by 5% (up to +25%), and Ki that overflows while the receiver charges a ki attack goes into that attack.
