The Re-Customize wish (Shenron or Porunga) reopens the customization screen: you can change your appearance and class, but not your race, and you keep your stats and skills. Picking another race takes a full character reset, which wipes your progress. Mr. Popo's Haircut reopens the hair editor at any time. A Human can become an Android through Dr. Gero.
