  • Effective weight is your total worn weight multiplied by the gravity load factor. Under higher gravity the same weight counts for much more.
  • Ideal weight scales with your power level (roughly your relative level divided by 2).
  • Load ratio is effective weight divided by ideal weight. This ratio decides your TP multiplier and your training zone.
