Rage Scream
Rage Scream is the roar of the Great Ape. It is one of the three techniques you get while you are in the Oozaru or Golden Oozaru form: for 3 seconds it repeatedly damages and pushes back everything around you.
Getting it
No master teaches Rage Scream and it has no TP cost. While you are in the Oozaru or Golden Oozaru form, your first three technique slots are replaced with Mouth Blast, Oozaru Slam and Rage Scream. They are added temporarily if you don't own them, and your normal slots come back when you leave the form. See Saiyan for the Oozaru forms and Fake Moon for one way to trigger them.
How it works
Press the technique's slot key to roar. For 3 seconds, everything around you is repeatedly damaged and pushed back. Its damage scales with your Strike Damage (SKP).
After using it, all your evasion techniques share a short lockout (the technique's duration + 3 seconds).
Upgrades
Like every evasion technique, Rage Scream gains experience when you use it, which can be spent on duration (+2.5% per level, up to +50%) and cooldown.
