Level is the level of the Android Forms skill that unlocks the form. The default Android Forms price list is 42,000 · 104,000 TP, but Dr. Gero's upgrade already gives you level 1, so only level 2 (Fused Android) is bought. Each form after Android Base also needs 25% mastery on the previous one. Multipliers are the defaults at 0% mastery and grow up to 1.5 times at 100% mastery. The Android forms have no Ki upkeep; Fused Android makes each attack cost 2.5 times as much stamina.
