The other half arrive as the Training Points those stat points would cost you right now (worked out after the AP above, so you get the TP for the next points). This TP is not multiplied again by your TP boosts and is not shared with your party. If the server turned off buying stats with TP (see Dynamic Growth), this half gives nothing.
