Message definition (Techniques)

Some techniques belong to certain races. A master lists every technique they teach, and its details show a '''Race''' line, in red when your race can't use it. You can still learn such a technique, but you can only equip it in a slot or upgrade it if your race is allowed: in the Skills menu it shows '''Not usable by your race''' and has no '''Bind to Slot''' button. By default these are restricted:
* Gum Punch, the Mystic Ball Attack, Sleep Recovery, the Candy Beam and Gum Bind: taught by [[Special:MyLanguage/Majin Buu|Majin Buu]], only for [[Special:MyLanguage/Majin|Majins]].
* The Darkness Eye Beam: taught by [[Special:MyLanguage/Piccolo|Piccolo]], only for [[Special:MyLanguage/Namekian|Namekians]].
* The Android Combo: taught by [[Special:MyLanguage/Cell|Cell]], only for [[Special:MyLanguage/Android|Androids]] (any character with the android upgrade).
* Perfect Rush: taught by Cell, only for [[Special:MyLanguage/Bio-Android|Bio-Androids]].
