Cell
Cell is a master who waits in the Cell Arena in the plains of Earth. He teaches the largest list of skills and techniques of any master and hosts the Cell Games, but he only teaches Evil-aligned players.
Location
Cell waits in the Cell Arena, which generates once per world in a plains biome. Capsule Corp Assistants sell a map to it at trade tier 3 (see Cell Arena).
Alignment
Cell needs an alignment of 40 or lower (Evil). Above that he still talks to you, but his Skills, Train and new side quests stay locked. His tournament, the Cell Games, is open to every player.
Skills and techniques
- Skills: Ki Control, Instant Transmission, Ki Manipulation, Ki Infusion, Ki Protection, Defense Penetration, Healing Reduction, Ki Boost
- Ki attacks: Kamehameha, Kienzan, Galick Gun, Masenko, Death Beam, Ki Barrage
- Strike attacks: Deadly Dance, Meteor, Android Combo (14,000 TP; only Androids can equip it), Perfect Rush (15,000 TP; only Bio-Androids can equip it)
- Evasion technique: Afterimage
Everything is paid for with Training Points, and your race has to allow each skill. His Train option spawns a Shadow Clone to spar with. Cell and Frieza cover a huge part of the roster on their own, which is why a Good character can't learn everything from a single master.
The Cell Games
His Tournament option opens the Cell Games, a bracket tournament held in his arena. Its bouts are lethal: losing one is a real death.
As a tournament fighter
The champion you face in the final of the Cell Games is Super Perfect Cell, an NPC fighter separate from the master who hosts the tournament. By default he has 287,000 health, 11,700 melee damage and 10,540 ki damage, and fights on the Elite AI tier. He can hit you with the Perfect Rush strike attack, and so can Perfect Cell in the story.
