Instant Transmission
Instant Transmission lets you teleport by locking onto ki. A quick tap of the key puts you right behind the target you are looking at, which makes it a combat tool as much as a travel one. From level 5 you can also hold the key to warp to masters, party members and other players far away.
Learning it
Goku (Good alignment) and Cell (Evil alignment) teach Instant Transmission.

Tap: teleport behind a target
Tap H to teleport behind the target you are looking at, within 25 blocks + 10 per level. The target has to be in your line of sight and close to your crosshair; your locked-on target is used when you have one. If several beings are near your crosshair, the one you hit in the last few seconds is chosen first, otherwise the strongest one.
The jump costs Ki (more the farther you go) and shares the dash cooldown (4 seconds by default), so you can't dash right after it.
From level 5, hold H for half a second to open the Instant Transmission menu and pick a destination:
- any master whose Ki you have learned, by talking to them at least once;
- your party members;
- other players within 200 blocks per level whose Battle Power is close to yours (between 90% and 125% of it).
From level 10, masters and party members in other dimensions can be reached too. After a warp to a master or a player, Instant Transmission has a 30-second cooldown by default.
dashCooldownSeconds / teleportCooldownSecondsWho can't be reached
- Upgraded Androids.
- A Glind, whose Divine Ki hides them, unless you are a Glind too, have unlocked a God Form or are under Kami's Blessing.
- A player in a God Form, unless you have godly ki yourself (an unlocked God Form, an active God Form or Divine Ki).
- A player wearing the Anti-Ki Cloaking Device (reward of Bulma's Cloaking Device sidequest).
Party TP sharing
Party members only receive their share of the Training Points you earn if you know Instant Transmission: they must be in the same dimension and within its range, 200 blocks per skill level. See Training Points and Mastery.
