The Z Sword is a huge, unbreakable blade that uses the claymore moveset: heavy, wide and slow swings that trade speed for big, hard-hitting blows and the highest critical damage of the signature weapons. You earn it on the Sacred Kai Planet by completing Old Kai's challenge.

Getting it

Complete Old Kai's Ultimate Challenge, which chains every training minigame into one run (see Training Minigames). The Z Sword is given once per character.

Fighting with it

Moveset: claymore, with heavy, wide, slow swings.
Critical hits: 15% chance, 25% critical damage.
It is unbreakable.
While you carry it in your inventory, it is shown on your character's back.

Quests that need it

The Z Sword and Ultimate Power (Buu Saga quest 24) asks you to obtain the Z Sword and reach Ultimate level 1.
The sidequest Old Kai's Ritual, given by King Kai, asks you to bring the Z Sword to Old Kai.
