King Kai
King Kai (Master King Kai) is a master who lives on King Kai's Planet in the Otherworld. He teaches the Kaioken stack form, the Spirit Bomb and Ki Manipulation, and gives out Workout Weights. He only trains Good-aligned players.
Location
King Kai's Planet is at the end of Snake Way, which starts in the Otherworld's cloud realm where spirits arrive. Toribot stands right next to him. You reach the Otherworld by dying (when the Otherworld is enabled) or by Space Pod after Bulma's Otherworld Drive sidequest. King Kai's Planet isn't a structure you can find with /dmzlocate.
Alignment
King Kai needs an alignment of 61 or higher (Good). Below that he still talks to you, but his Skills, Train and new quests stay locked. His Weighted Gear service stays open.

Everything is paid for with Training Points, and your race has to allow each skill. His Train option spawns a Shadow Clone to spar with.
Services
Weighted Gear: type the weight you want and King Kai gives you Workout Weights of that weight (up to 100,000 kg by default). You can ask once per conversation; talk to him again for more. See Weights.
