From DragonMineZ Wiki
Red Ribbon bases are large army bases in the Plains, Sunflower Plains and Savanna biomes of the Overworld; find the nearest one with /dmzlocate red_ribbon_base. When you come within 80 blocks, a garrison appears: 16 Red Ribbon's Soldiers and 3 robots posted around the base, each staying within 12 blocks of its post, and the Red Ribbon Commander inside the headquarters, a named soldier with 150 health and 8 melee damage. The garrison shows the purple supervillain tint and outline and doesn't despawn. Killing the commander starts the Red Ribbon Army Assault raid: five waves of soldiers and robots led by Colonel Silver, Sergeant Metallic, Ninja Murasaki, General Blue and General Black's Robot.
