The Mutant group is the Saiyan Legendary line (the Legendary Super Saiyan forms). It can't be bought with TP by default: the Movies Saga grants its levels, and Mutants can borrow them (see Legendary forms). While you wear the Control Jewelry Tiara (Broly) from the Z Armor Sets (in the helmet slot or the Cosmetic Armor slot), these forms take Broly's colors: Ikari gets cyan hair and a gold aura, SSJ Hybrid a gold aura and SSJ Full Power a lime aura.
