  • Cell only talks to players with Evil alignment (40 or less), as he does as a master.
  • To reach the Otherworld Tournament, talk to the Grand Kai next to King Yemma and press Tournament. The Announcer can send you back.
  • Qualifier fighters get 8% stronger each round (Baba's fighters 10%).
