Translations:Bulma/10/en
From DragonMineZ Wiki
Bulma talks to every character, but if your alignment is below 41 she greets you coldly and her side quests show as locked ("Requires an alignment of 41 or higher."). Her story quests and any side quest you have already started stay open. Below 25 she treats you as hostile. Server owners can change both limits in the NPC alignment rules (see NPC Placement and Alignment).
