From DragonMineZ Wiki
Techniques can be limited to certain races: masters show a Race line, and a race-locked technique can be learned by anyone but only equipped by its races. Gum Punch, the Mystic Ball Attack, Sleep Recovery, Candy Beam and Gum Bind are Majin only; the Darkness Eye Beam is Namekian only, Perfect Rush is Bio-Android only and the Android Combo is for Androids.
