The Ki Manipulation skill lets you form weapons out of ki from the Ki Weapons entry of the Utility Menu while your main hand is empty. Each one uses a weapon moveset, deals bonus damage from your Ki Damage (×10% per Ki Manipulation level) and costs Ki on every attack:
