Handles DragonMineZ's long-term character effects: mightfruit, majin and mutant. A duration of -1 is permanent. remove knockout gets a knocked-down player up (the K.O. effect). Other effects use vanilla /effect. clear also ends a knockdown and a fusion and clears the fusion cooldown, the Super Saiyan God Ritual cooldown (God Ritual CD) and the Ki Transfer effects (Shared Ki and Ki Exhaustion).
