From DragonMineZ Wiki
The preparation effect of every raid, formerly called Emperor's Wrath. You get it after killing a raid scout or the commander of a Red Ribbon base, and when it runs out (60 seconds by default), a raid starts around you. Removing it (for example with milk) calls the raid off. See Raids.
