From DragonMineZ Wiki
The scout has 400 health, 18 melee damage and 12 ki damage, and fights on the Novice AI tier. When it dies, the killer receives the Hunted effect for 60 seconds ("The Emperor is displeased... brace for the incoming hordes."). When it runs out, the raid starts where you stand. Drinking milk to remove the effect calls the raid off. The full flow is explained on Raids.
