- Every Training Point you earn inside the chamber is multiplied by ×1.75 by default, on top of your other TP boosts. See Training Points and Mastery.
- The chamber's gravity still amplifies your weights, but it doesn't add the flat gravity TP bonus: the chamber's own TP multiplier replaces it.
- Inside the chamber, Mr. Popo offers Train: a Shadow Clone to spar with, or the Rhythm training minigame. He only offers it here.
