The Control Jewelry Tiara (Broly) completes Broly's Control Jewelry Set, which has four pieces with it. It is made like any other helmet, at Dr. Kikono's Station from the set's pattern, an Iron Helmet, 2 Kikono Cloth and 3 Kikono String. Unlike most helmets it keeps your hair visible. While you wear it, in the helmet slot or the Cosmetic Armor slot, the Saiyan Mutant forms take Broly's colors: Ikari gets cyan hair and a gold aura, SSJ Hybrid a gold aura and SSJ Full Power a lime aura.
