Crafting

Not crafted: a Shenron wish

The Strongest Armor is a special armor set that you can't craft: it is one of the wishes of Shenron, the Earth dragon. The wish gives the whole set at once: The Strongest Chestplate, Leggings and Boots.

Getting it

Gather the seven Earth Dragon Balls, summon Shenron and choose The Strongest Armor wish (see Dragons and Wishes).

Protection

The pieces use the same Kikono armor material as the crafted sets, with the same armor points, toughness and knockback resistance (see Armor).
