Rebalanced transformations: every race form is about 15% stronger, each race's top tier (SSJ 4, Super Namekian, Fifth Form, Ultra Majin, Ultra Perfect, Solaris, True Form) gets an extra +1.0, and form upkeep was reworked: higher base drains for every form and Kaioken tier, mastery now discounts the whole upkeep, and your base offense (not the form's multipliers) only raises it once it passes 5× your max Ki.
