Pikkon
Pikkon is a fighter of the Otherworld, fast and hard-hitting, with a full set of combos. He is the semi-finalist of the Otherworld Tournament, and you fight him in the Movies Saga and in a rematch arranged by King Kai.
In the tournament
Pikkon is the semi-finalist of the Otherworld Tournament, hosted by the Otherworld Tournament Announcer: the player who survives the bracket of Buu Saga fighters faces him first, then Goku (Super Saiyan, with his halo) and finally Gogeta (Super Saiyan). Unlike the contenders, he doesn't get stronger from round to round. His default stats are:

Behavior and abilities
Pikkon flies, moves fast and throws his punches much faster than most fighters.
- Ki Wave: an orange ki wave.
- Ki Barrier: he raises a ki barrier to block incoming attacks.
- Aerial Combo: he knocks you into the air, teleports above you and slams you back down.
- Melee Combo: he teleports around you and lands three hits.
- Ki Charge Strike: he charges in wrapped in ki, then teleports behind you for a final blow.
- Zanzoken: he dodges with the longest Zanzoken, 6 after-image hops.
- Teleporting: he can also teleport next to his target.
In the tournament he fights on the Elite AI tier (see enemy AI tiers).
In the story
- The Movies Saga quest Otherworld Tournament (quest 35) is a single fight against Pikkon in the Otherworld. It opens after quest 34 of the Buu Saga.
- King Kai's side quest Otherworld Rematch opens after quest 37 of the Movies Saga: defeat Pikkon again in the Otherworld and report back to King Kai. See Sidequests.
