Piccolo is a master who lives at Piccolo's House in the plains of Earth. He teaches Potential Unlock, five ki attacks and the Darkness Eye Beam strike, heals you and hands out weighted capes. He trains anyone, whatever their alignment.
Location
Piccolo lives at Piccolo's House, which generates once per world in a plains biome. Capsule Corp Assistants sell a map to it at trade tier 2 (see Piccolo's House).

Everything is paid for with Training Points, and your race has to allow each skill. His Train option spawns a Shadow Clone to spar with.
Services
- Heal me restores your health, ki, stamina and poise. It's locked when you're already at full health, and doesn't work while you're knocked out after a temporary revive.
- Weighted Gear: type the weight you want and Piccolo gives you a Weighted Cape of that weight (up to 100,000 kg by default). You can ask once per conversation; talk to him again for more. See Weights.
In the story
- Saiyan Saga quest 2, Piccolo Takes Gohan: find Piccolo's House and talk to Piccolo.
- Buu Saga quest 4, Enter the World Tournament: talk to Piccolo.
As a tournament fighter
Piccolo (Kami), an NPC fighter separate from the master, can be drawn as a contender in the Cell Games. Piccolo and Majunia (his disguise in the Classic Saga's last tournament) can be drawn as contenders in the World Martial Arts Tournament.
