Master Tien
/dmzlocate budokai_tenkaichiMaster Tien is a master who lives on the World Martial Arts Tournament island, in the oceans of Earth, together with Chiaotzu. He is the only master who teaches the Dodon Ray, the Tri-Beam and the Neo Tri-Beam, and he trains characters of any alignment.
Location
Master Tien and Chiaotzu stand together on the island of the World Martial Arts Tournament, about 130 blocks from the ring. The island generates once per world in the oceans: find it with /dmzlocate budokai_tenkaichi or buy a map from a Capsule Corp Assistant of tier 3 or higher (1 Map and 4 Gold Ingots).
Alignment
Master Tien's Skills and Train are open at any alignment. Below 41 he greets you with a colder line (for example "The Tri-Beam is a technique for protecting others, not for hurting them."), and below 25 he treats you as hostile. Server owners can change both limits in the NPC alignment rules (see NPC Placement and Alignment).

Everything is paid for with Training Points, and your race has to allow each skill. His Train option spawns a Shadow Clone to spar with.
After the Neo Tri-Beam you can fire up to 3 follow-up shots within a 3-second window. Each one costs 10% of your maximum health and needs at least 20% health left.
Side quests
Master Tien gives no side quests himself, but Chiaotzu's A Gift for Tien has you bring him 10 Cooked Salmon and 10 Bread. See Chiaotzu.
tien list of skillOfferings in config/dragonminez/skills.json. Existing servers get it added the next time the file loads, without touching their other values.
