Mr. Popo is found in two places: at Kami's Lookout on Earth, where he cuts your hair, and in the entry building of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, where he trains you and runs the Rhythm training minigame. He teaches no skills and has no alignment requirement.
Location
- At Kami's Lookout, near the world spawn, together with Korin and Dende.
- In the entry building of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, reached through the portal at the Lookout.
Services
- Haircut (outside the Time Chamber): opens the hair editor. Only characters with hair get this option. See Character Customization.
- Train (only inside the Time Chamber): Shadow Clone spawns a Shadow Dummy copy of you to spar with, or play the Rhythm minigame.
Training
Main article: Training Minigames
Rhythm is a four-lane rhythm game: press the keys as each note crosses the hit line and hold the long notes. Play it from Mr. Popo inside the Time Chamber 3 times reaching level 5 to learn it; after that you can replay it from the Minigames tab of your menu, and starting it from Mr. Popo pays a +25% mentor bonus.
