Android conversion (Humans only)

Dr. Gero works in Dr. Gero's Lab on Earth. He teaches no skills: his one service turns a Human into an Android, a permanent change of sub-race.

Location

Dr. Gero works in Dr. Gero's Lab, which generates once per world in the Rocky biome or in mountains. Capsule Corp Assistants sell a map to it at trade tier 4 (see Dr. Gero's Lab).

Android conversion

Main article: Android

Talk to Dr. Gero as a Human and accept his offer to become an Android:

The change is permanent: you can't turn back into a normal Human.
It switches you to the Android form line (Android Base, Super Android, Fused Android), and you lose the Super and Legendary forms. Your racial skills change too.
It isn't possible while you're fused, and the offer is locked once you're already an Android.
Characters of other races can only tell him they're not interested.
