Yamcha

Yamcha is a master who lives at Yamcha's House in the deserts of Earth. He teaches Ki Infusion, three ki attacks and his Wolf Fang strike. He trains anyone, whatever their alignment.
Location
Yamcha lives at Yamcha's House, which generates once per world in a desert. Capsule Corp Assistants sell a map to it at trade tier 2 (see Yamcha's House).

Everything is paid for with Training Points, and your race has to allow each skill. His Train option spawns a Shadow Clone to spar with.
